Sentimentos – Jose’ Molina

“Sentimentos” is not just a collection of works, about 300 created between 1997 and 2011, but a sort of character and psychological atlas of the human being through which Molina invites us to look inside ourselves without fear. His works describe an ancestral ego, “there right to the heart, where it hurts the most” to quote the title of one of his drawings. In each of his works there is a dialogue, which reveals his conscience to the observer. The works are a mixture of wisdom and tenderness, because in coagulating matter and spirituality they come into contact with light and darkness, with white and black, with hardness and vulnerability in a continuous omen of rebirth.
